Hi
Can i develop custom extensions? Like extensions to add video overlay into panorama .. or custom code to create game?
If it's possible .. where i can get documentation about that?

Start with Director Integration
Start here. Basically, extensions are not much more than integrations like that.
Ofcourse you'll end up with very specific questions, and adding video textures would typically be a quite complicated thing to accomplish. There's not more documentation available than what's on this site.
