Great viewer, but would be so grateful for some help - preload error: 4152

Hi peeps,

Great viewer, am very impressed ! but have little problem with online viewer. basically i won a copy of vtour and made a project and wanted to output with spi-3D viewer. Although working when displayed locally, after uploading all of my project,it fails to load and i get the following message

'preload error: 4152'

something is not right, I do not have a licence from field of view but from realviz. I did win a spi-v licence as well but have not used or requested it, because i cant find email support, so I put my questions here, hope that be ok ...

1. what is 'preload error: 4152' ?

2. Do i need a licence to display spi-v3D on a website ?

3. What bracket would you put spi-v3D viewer ? flash or java or .....

Please follow this link and view my code

Re: Great viewer, but would be so grateful for some help - prelo

1. This error is caused by the absence of SPi-V.dcr in the folder that has SPi-V3d.dcr
SPi-V3d.dcr requires SPi-V.dcr in the same folder.

2. The output created with VTour come prelicensed.

3. Could you rephrase that? I don't understand the question.

A tip: in Firefox, the viewer gets squashed to an area ~100 pixels high, and in Opera it is probably squashed to 0 pixels high. In these browsers, height="100%" works a bit differently (unless you run them in quirksmode). You will have to add some CSS to your document:

html,body {
  height:100%
}

Alternatively, remove the url from the doctype declaration.

Tom,

SPi-V is Shochwave (not Flash) based viewer.
