Unfortunately, the 'Jump to...' functionality was removed from Photoshop CS3.
I think it would be possible to write a .jsx script for Photoshop to create a 'Jump to SPi-V' functionality again. If you want to play around with scripting Photoshop, have a look at Photoshop devnet, and play with the Extendscript Toolkit.
